Introduction to Mental Health
This workshop is for anyone working in an educational setting who wants to develop their understanding of supporting mental health needs.
You’ll think about definitions of mental health and further insight, explore mental health diagnosis and treatment and examine how different mental health conditions present, with reference to schools. You’ll also get ideas for how to support young people with anxiety and depression.
